About Lumen Gael
I was born in Ireland and, like many people I spent years searching for meaning somewhere beyond the horizon.
I chased answers in books, philosophies, history, spirituality, and distant ideas, believing that one day I might finally discover the secret that would make life complete.
What I found was something much simpler.
The peace I was searching for was waiting in ordinary moments.
In the laughter of my children.
In the changing seasons.
In conversations beside a fire.
In the stories carried by the land beneath my feet.
I am a husband, a father, a storyteller, and a man deeply grateful for the journey that brought him home to himself.
Celtic Rainbows was born from a love of Ireland, a fascination with our myths and history, and a belief that remembering where we come from can help us better understand where we are going.
The stories shared here are offered as reflections, questions, and possibilities.
They are invitations to wonder.
To question.
To explore.
To reconnect with the land, the ancestors, and the quiet wisdom that still lives within us.
If these words inspire you to look at Ireland with fresh eyes, to walk a little slower, to sit a little longer beneath an old tree, or to feel a little more gratitude for the gift of being alive, then they have served their purpose.
Slán go fóill,
Lumen Gael
